MegaBots presented a completely ready-to-combat robot

MegaBots presented a completely ready-to-combat  robot

The American team MegaBots Inc and Japanese Suidobashi Heavy Industries are planning to conduct a battle of huge robots of their own production. At the same time, if the Japanese are still developing their robot in the strictest secrecy, then their American colleagues are constantly demonstrating new versions of their creation. For example, they recently showed the world the robot Eagle Prime, which, according to the developers, is ready to come together in a duel with the Japanese Kuratas.

Eagle Prime weighs 12 tons, almost 5 meters in height (4 meters and 900 centimeters, to be precise) and carries an internal combustion engine with a capacity of 430 horsepower. To control the robot requires only 2 people. One controls the movement, and the second controls the weapon. Both people are in the same cabin, sitting one after another.

Eagle Prime is good enough for its rather large dimensions. He moves quite quickly, twists his body and without any problems brings guns, which, incidentally, though they look menacing, but shoot with paintball balls. Recall that the idea of a battle of huge combat robots was born several years ago and MegaBots Inc has released more than one model of combat vehicles, some of which were equipped with small arms, and some can "box" with close contact. Japanese researchers, while working on Kuratas, keep silent and say only that "development goes according to plan." About when, according to the plan, the robot will be ready, they do not report. But you can see the American robot "in business" right now thanks to the video below.
